Whist carrying out work on my braking system I thought this would be a good time to get the reservoir re-plated.

I particularly like the look of Kelly's electroless nickel plated reservoir. However, I seem to recall an earlier thread that advised using a particular zinc/nickel mix. Does anyone know of this or is it ok to use any particular incarnation of nickel plate.

I'd appreciate any views or advice on how best to proceed on this.

Hope this helps rather than causing angst about which way to go .
