Hi,

I have been working on over half a year to replace the mirror on my Silver Shadow.

I have already bought 4 mirrors and I'm still not at the target.

Finally, I found out what mirror I should have in the car.

But now I do not understand how to connect the glass with the rest of the mechanism???

The entire mirror can not be bought anywhere, so I compose it for each piece.

I proceeded according to the scheme but the glass has no handle at all :-(

I will be grateful for every tip.

Thats a cable (non-electric mirror) .The glass is mounted to the metal back, but before you do the actuator (18091)has to be hooked up to the 3 cables. The entire assembly rotates on the base that is fitted to the car. The interior joy stick pulls on one of the 3 cables to move the housing with the mirror.

Thank you.

I'll understand, but how do I fix it on the mirror on the base?

Should not it be a complete set? That mirror with the base?
