I made a badge for the boot / trunk a while back. I have owned a lot of SuperLeggera stuff over the years and they are always more than happy to advertise it. So I made a SuperPesante badge out of acrylic and spray painted it silver. Here's the picture |

Christian, I downloaded a car script font, but then there was a fair bit of computer work reworking it to to be usable. I initally was going to do it right with proper draft on the sides of the letters and cast it in pewter but I ended up just laser cutting it out of acrylic, painting it silver and gluing it on with "The Right Stuff" which I use for all gaskets and most exterrior gluing. |

OK, that makes perfect sense . . . presuming this is word play due to the weight of these cars, thanks! Did you save the file? Would you share it? Although in my case, the reference would be to the diver. John, who despite losing 50 pounds still has 50 to go and is damned tired of dieting. |

John, If you want one, I can just cut you one from acrylic. I just painted mine silver and glued it on but you could use it as a master for a sand casting and cast one from American pewter or Kirksite. |

Ross, Good morning. Out of idle curiosity, do you know how many watts? John, who is looking forward to sticking this on Tootsie |

Ross, the SuperPesante badge arrived. Incredibly well packaged, too with four tiny spots of hot-melt on a piece of 1/8" plywood.
- SuperPesante badge requires a sense of humor Only thing is, the reverse side of the plywood is a list of some sort and since it may be important, here it is on the off chance you're going crazy looking for it.
- Did you misplace an important list, Ross? . . . and many thanks! |

John, Glad it arrived safely. Turns out my wife is an art handler, and using a piece of Revell plywood from the laser scraps pile with some random things to do list written on it with a Listo is probably not the recommended procedure. Also, just so you can sleep at night, Tyler did get his "Norwell" stencil and I did find the metric wrench set for the laser toolset. FYI, I think the acrylic was .119. |
