Hello, how do I know the position of the flap upper and lower, without removing the system. The flaps work but I would like a perfect position. (I have seen on workshop manual the the theoretical position.) Francois Charlier |

good morning, Maybe,my question is not very well formulated. Or do you think it is better to join a picture. The actuator is in good position but I do not know if the flaps inner and outer is in good position. Thank you for your help Francois |

Francois, If you turn the flap to stop at either end then go for the centre position as wide open, you should be there. |

Paul, So if I understand ,I have to feel part of a close end to the other and the flap blocks it is not free on 360°. Francois |

I'm 99% certain that the flaps are larger than the housing. Either that or there are stops in it. Freeing them out is a back and forth process not full rotations. |
