1936 RR Engine

It came like this in the back seat. I am looking for manual on the motor of this model if you can help me I would be most greatful. The original horns were sold earlier in the auction and I would like to contact the owner to either negotiate purchase or should they be destined for use on another car, at least photograph them and record model details.
