Hi all
I have recently bought a Trophy awarded for the Best Pre War Rolls Royce or Bentley.
Awarded to John Altmann for his 1926 Phanton 1 101 TC
at the 1990 32 RROC Federal Rally,Leura Blue Mountains NSW
If anyone can enlighten me on the Car/owners History that would be wonderful.

Cheers and Regards
Andrew

This car does not appear to have been owned by a Club member since 2001 according to my archives.

Hopefully, someone may know more about this car.

101TC engine U055, long chassis, off test July 1926, Smith & Waddington tourer, via Dalgety to Arthur W. Whitney, 'Wangoola', Woodstock and 'Coombing Park', Carcoar, NSW Sept. 1926 reg'd NSW-5-940; R.J. Fagan, 'Sunnyridge'. Mandurama, NSW; Goodwill Used Cars (Markoff Bos), Footscray Melbourne, ca 1949, red'd VIC-NB-570Aug 1949; Tom E. Bought new by AW Whitney in 1926, it appears this car was the replacement for Silver Ghost 1492. Whitney sold SG 1492 in 1925 and it eventually ended up with my family from 1956.
