I don't know  About 6 months ago, while returning from Belgium with a bit  of baccy, HM Revenoo & Customs decided to seize my Rolls  . This in spite of the fact that HM Government assured the European Justice Commission that they had banned this eventuality as early as June 2006! I've appealed to the independent adjudicator (how independent can he be when also works for HMR&C?) but, so far heard nothing. BUGGER! Anyway, that's why I've been 'silent' of late ... |
