Hi Richard,

It is a North American site possibly an attempt to create a US clone of RRBEW. Lots of format similarities to this forum as well.

The addministrator claims to have set this up in response to BMW acquiring the R-R motor vehicle rights. See news item on following page - links are to Federal and Victorian websites but not to this forum:

We are running the risk of too many forums catering to a limited number of enthusiasts thus decreasing their role as a source of information and advice as many of us do not have the time to check every forum on a regular basis.
