Hi Guys
Just chatting to a friend about dim instrument lights and replacing with LEDs etc, and he sent me the attached photos of his solution for his Stag.
He says the results are amazing as the final photo shows. I was thinking you could install a colour changing dimmable set and try green or blue and dim until the right hue is attained.
Food for thought, and potential for some fun trial and errors!

Patrick F,

You could set each gauge to do something different and it would look like studio 54. Also, you could set a kind of dim yellow flickering light to replicate older lucas products.

I actually sort of did that for a check engine light I installed in the Lotus. I did it as a larf so people would say "Oh oo" and I could switch it off. I also like the idea of a constantly flickering check engine light.
