I noticed that some are trying to remove bits that are not needed of which there isn't many. So good luck with that. The hot rod guys also don't like stuff in the engine compartment apart from the engine. Recently while looking at a rolling chassis the brake master is next to the gearbox. Because they don't want it blocking the view of the engine. The front calipers are polished and at the front so they can be seen. An on show master and brake servo is considered naff. The bulk head has nothing bolted to it. The engine has only one v belt to drive the water pump and alternator. Because a nest of belts to drive say a power steering pump would be untidy. Between the rad and rad shell is the fan and stuff for electrics. The wiring is inside the chassis. The layout is so tidy, an engine and nothing else. My engine is burried so far I can just see a R and a CE.}
