I have come across a RR Certificate of Merit issued for the above car and to the driver/mechanic a Mr. George Freemantle. Hunt House (UK) have said the car was 1924 Barker Coupe Engine Number G1188 and had been owned by a Miss Higgins.
If anyone has any information please let me know.
