I think this is a cover for the crank start of Rolls Royce but I have no idea what year(s) nor what model(s) it fits.
Any idea's?

It is a crank handle cover. It is not Phantom I, 20 HP or 20/25 as they are tear drop shaped.

My guess is early 30's Phantom II. I stand to be corrected.

Strange thing is I see them sort of like this on the ones you mention but they're hinged on the side, not at the top so they're missing that top ear/protrusion.
