Dear list, How does one remove the airconditioning control panel in a continental R. I managed to remove the bottom part slowly removing the wood trim around the gear box, the small parcel shelf and now I cannot free it from above. I want to do this because the right hand side control knob has some play that annoys me, although it operates fine and I imagine that there is some way of fixing it properly on the backside which has come loose.
