Rolls Royce Silver Spirit 1982

Does anyone know the 'thread' size on the Screwed Bell Shaped Support (UR 20016) which is on the upper section of the rear road spring assembly. I would like to remove my rear road springs and the Spring Retention Tool RH9299 is I understand a threaded rod, nuts & washers. As I would like to carry the same exercise out on another car my own spring retention tool could be useful.

Look forward to hearing hopefully from someone with this info.
