Hi! RROC every ! from JAPAN Do you know how to change GAS SPRING 89silver supr2 I get RR this year,,,&RR beginner I watched you tube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LeS_lefYL2c&t=488s but 89 have coil LHM pipe line front each GAS spring too much narrow ! I can not access Please help ! mr SZ !!

I attempted to change them on my Mulsanne last week, they were so tight that I broke two chain wrenches without success ! Ended up having them changed by a Rolls Specialist and the cost made me wonder why I bothered to attempt the job myself. I have done several previously, without problem, using a chain wrench. Mark |

Hiroshi, although you say car is '89 it has active damping that started with 90MY build. Just done similar car-and used chisel to "jump" sphere free to unscrew. As Jim says, remove b/pipe for access. |
