Hi All
My alternator has a yellow/white wire connected to terminal p of the alternator but not shown on any diagram I can find.
Any idea what it's for ?where it goes? cheers

If it's a Denso alternator then the "P" terminal is probably for "pulse" to the rev counter but I'm not an expert nor even close to one, I just googled "Alternator P terminal" and that's what I discovered so you're advised to wait for a more definitive response from a suitably qualified person.
