Rather than make two posts i wanted to ask if anyone (Qld based) could recommend someone to fix my headrests? the driver and from Pax headrests don't stay up on my '87 spirit. is there a simple solution to this? or do I need to see a professional?

secondly, as these cards age the electric windows "slow down" (except the drivers window which must get more use) is tehre a simple "fix' for this speed issue/ or is it more complicated than that?

Graham,

Richard Treacy has covered this problem in great detail and has published a very helpful DIY guide on rectifying the SZ "slow window" problem up to Chassis Number 27998:
