Does anybody know if or how to change the display from Fahrenheit to Celsius ? May be by an internal pin option ? The „C“ symbol can be seen below the „F“ but will not lit. Hard to believe that VDO had produced to versions of the display. |

That's a bit weird. My Spirit is 1984 and within a few numbers from your Spur (09680), and I have a 4-in-1 Jaeger instrument - TDC is charging rate, then clockwise is the engine temperature. fuel gauge. and engine oil pressure. None are scaled in figures, just a white 'OK' quadrant or quarter, half and three quarters for the fuel gauge (which also acts as an engine oil gauge). I can check all 4 in an instant by where the needles are. |

Moderator Stuff-up: Thomas, my apologies for accidentally deleting your post content while editing to relocate your image and text. I have no idea what has occurred as I routinely do this to improve viewability. Would you please repost completely and insert a double enter keystroke between the text and IMAGE command to separate them. Thanks David |

Thomas my Spirit is an earlier car than yours but its possible that the information you seek is somewhere in your owners manual. In any case I think Paul Yorke on this forum could know so search his name and then send him a private message. |
