Both sides' door window felt seals have perished and are partly missing on my 1981 Rolls-Royce Corniche, BCX03353. Consulting the spare parts catalogue, there appears to be two felt seals - PW55902 (or HM63) and PW10341 (or HM65-1). I would very much appreciate any advice on how these shall be bonded to the fence plate (PW10516/PW10517 - screwed to the door panel). The parts catalogue illustration is not very specific about that.

Best Regards,
Anders

Anders you may get that information from Flying Spares in England, or Bristol Motors in Canada or by private messaging Paul Yorke through this forum.

I am pretty sure it is just a very strong good quality waterproof adhesive.

We used to use something called bostic Black .

Not sure if that still exists .

Bit of a fiddly old job. Enjoy
