Have an 88 Spirit and would like to replace the top radiator hose and can get one for about 60 pounds from Flying Spares which seems a lot but cheapest source of genuine. Has anyone found a suitable local alternative.Nissan Patrol was once suggested. Remember Shadow 2 heater hoses were the same as Ford Escort.}}

Well could not find a suitable alternative top radiator for my 88 Spirit so ended getting one from Flying Spares .Also discovered there is one hose for 20000 to 24500 and another hose for 24500 onward.
