At the Moment I am replacing the Head Gaskets on my Turbo S. Did any one ever remove the whole air injection System on a similar car?

Are there problems when the system is removed?

Regards
Patrick

Patrick,
I am contemplating this as I'll need to pull liners next winter, and I can remove the smog bling-bling at the same time. So I'll watch this space closely!
Some gentlemen on a german forum has done this (correctly), I can dig info up and translate.
When would you want to start this project?
What country are you in again?
(If you happen to be in the US then be aware that it is highly illegal to even talk about such a project, and you risk to be re-located to some Caribbean island, in an orange pyjama!)

Hello Jean-Pierre

i'm from Switzerland (so no need to translate a German Info:-)). In Switzerland it's also highly illegal... I need this Info only for reseach purposes...

This is the actual state of the Engine...
