Hi People,
This spirit 3 is my first rolls so I don't really know what is normal. When I steer left or right I hear squealing and tweeting sounds just below the actual steering wheel.
Could anybody please advise on cause and cure.

Charles, there are 2 ball bearings on the steering column, it looks /sounds that your upper one is causing the chirp. If you remove the plastic around the gear selector, you should be able to see that top bearing. Lubricate with some graphite powder.
