Hi Guys,

I have two 20 000 series cars with non operating front seats and seat ECUs that require repair.

Any recommendations for reliable suppliers?

Regards,

Aaron

G'day Aaron
Sounds like the dreaded batteries leak strikes again!
I did manage to recover mine by cutting out the stupid batteries carefully cleaning off the corrosion an giving the relay contacts a clean with wd40 and manualy operating them a few times, they were just stuck with gunge from the baterries.
If you were a bit nearer I would be happy to look at them for you.
Beat of luck
Mike

Hi Aaron, pop me an email if you like. Couple of options depending on the year of your car. :-)

Unfortunately it's one of the things that work brilliantly but Main agents or garages don't bother to change the batteries and eventually the battery leaks, the unit stops working, and the owner is stuck with a much bigger bill. :-(

Simple (ish) and cheap to prevent so don't put it off.

"Module Master" in Moscow, Idaho, USA (Google them) rebuilt my passenger side module to like new condition after the battery failed and ate up the PCB. Cost about $300.

Vladimir,

I've got a number of ECU rebuilders, including those already mentioned plus a few more, all with full contact information, in the RR & Bentley Parts, Repair, Restoration & Other Resources Compilation
