The mascot on a 1992 Silver Spur does not lock into the mounting tube. Looking at the manual everything is correct but lock nut removed. The roll pins do not secure the the tab washer as manual states, it just pulls through. A groove in the mounting tube looks like a clip is missing to hold everything in place but manual does not show anything, which I believe is not unusual for R-R.
