Hi to you all from a Wet UK
Has any body got a pin out for the 16 pin OBD 2 plug for the US market cars
My car is a 1998 RT
Or point me in the right direction

Well boys and girls as we don’t seam to know much about RT's So what about ARNAGE
They have the later plug (16pin) so any body out there with a Arnage ????

It's a ISO 9141-2 Protocol. Pin out as in wikipedia...

1998 models from the US should be directly compliant with any iso compatible tool (like the torque app) but EU models are only compatible since 2000 (for sure).

how are you trying to connect?
