My mulsanne has a very rough idle when it warms up. OK when first starting and cold.Have checked fuel distributor,new plugs etc. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you checked the integrity of the whole exhaust system from manifolds to tailpipe? A leak almost anywhere along its length can affect the smooth running of the engine which will show up more at idle and/or high revs. If your car has a turbo or two then a waste gate actuator may have a slight fault with much the same results.
