Hi,

The Air Valve in the picture, the manual says use a torch and see that its partially open when cold and closed after 4>>5 mins of operation.

Air Valve

However when mine closes I can blow through the unit one way and seals the other.

Is it supposed to do that?

Given the write up in the manual suggests it only performs one function, that being the, warm up period. I wonder if its supposed to leak the other way when its supposed to be closed.

Thanks
Stefan

Hi,

This should make the observation clearer.

Air Valve Direction

Air goes in direction of arrow without much resistance when valve is hot (valve closed). Seals fine in the other direction when hot (valve closed).

Is this normal?
