Now the next big obstacle will be the Danish registration tax. Finding out in before hand how much the state will want is not an easy task, looking at previous regs. they range from 9.300,- to 13.500,- Euro's for 73-78 models. I guess/hope a right-hand drive 1975 will be closer to the low end Bit high in the rear, but the fuel tank is not yet fitted. Since last, all wood paneling has been stripped and lacquered, leather interior cleaned and new carpet in dark blue. Made the relay mod. to all 4 windows, helped immensely, only drivers window worked so-so before.

Have you recently replaced the back springs? If so, then wait a while and see how they settle in, if not, the height control is set *very* high and an adjustment to the control arms is needed to bring that rear end down a bit. I love the intense electric blue whether it's "correct" or not. Have fun with it! Brian |

The carpet seems to match the blue; probably is original. How about "Royal Blue" instead. |

Brian, no the springs are probably the original ones, just sitting at the trunk edge it drops a bit, so with tank + fuel I hope it will be fairly level. I removed all the leveling pipes and valves, if they are to be used again, they will need an overhaul. The colour does come of a bit brighter in the photos than in real life, but still it is brighter than Peacock and Seychelles blue that we first considered. He, they all most didn't qualify as "rags", the carpets were mostly rotted away. Thanks Graham. |

Looking smart Michael, kudos to you. Was blue a deliberate choice over beige? I imagine beige lifts the interior however shows dirt easy. For my money dark blue grounds the interior and is far more practical, an excellent choice. You will need to do you lower door cards now.... The rags in mine are light grey, original or not light grey is not going back in. Dark Green is the other option. |

Thanks Jason, blue paint and beige interior, not sure how deliberate it was, but we thought it would be a fair match. The carpet choice, like you write, beige is not quite as practical as dark colour, black will fit in with anything but is plain, so we chose the dark blue and are very happy about it. Extra carpet pieces for the door cards came in parcel, but it has to wait for a little while longer. |
