I would like to know the fuel pressure in to the Solex 4A1. I'm finding it very difficult finding this info any help much appreciated.

I'd determine this based upon the output of the fuel pump that came with the car.

To my knowledge, during that era, the fuel pump output was "the primary regulator" for pressure.
