One on my friends has a 80 Wraith. He does not have any heat. He cannot hear the servo running when he moves the lower & upper temp control from cold to heat. The lower water tap does not move in response to the dash setting. Any idea what would cause the servo not to work? Is there a fuse, etc.? I have never had a servo be totally "dead"!

He wants me to look at it;therefore, any help is much appreciated!

Pull the plug with two wires off the 44° sensor on the thermostat housing as a first check. It limits ACU operation until the coolant temp reaches 44°C. It often fails with age.

Hi all,

I am about to replace the rear valence on my 66 MPW . Mine was so far gone i am not sure how the exhaust exit was treated? Did it have a relief or a straight lower edge.
In anticipation Thankyou.

Ross,

Not looked at it yet. The owner is about a hour away. He might bring it over in a couple weeks!

Thankyou all- If any body had a more detailed shot would be appreciated. However it looks like no exhaust relief.

I have a MPW in the shop and there is no relief on it either, bottom of the rear valance is straight.
