I'm looking for advice on how to lubricate the mechanism for the electric front seats. Should I use grease, light oil or nothing at all. I have checked the manual and tee-one topics but cannot find any info on this.

I think light oil is just going to collect more dirt/dust/etc. Grease will too, but at least it's thick enough to keep the stuff out of the mechanism.

I'd be inclined to use grease, although perhaps something more along the lines of vasoline to avoid staining.

Use a lubricant that will stick such as adhesive grease.
