tested the air con running on high and all ok apart from some dust bits coming out of the ducts. A quick check on the intake grill showed no foam. On removal found the foam skeleton. A quick trip to the local trimming shop and found some door card foam white and black. Cut and fitted just have to make sure the flow of air ok. New foam black does not look out of place.

Another excellent, and more durable, substitute for the foam is black, non-woven, weed mat. Air flow is fine, the disintegration rate is far less rapid, and you don't end up with with the foam bits blowing out of the vents at you. |

Up date good air flow and journey to and from the event was with the aircon on all the time no probs. |
