Was body color, rather than black, ever offered for the bonnet's underside? Was this an option for MPW cars? I've seen a few early chassis series with body paint on the bonnet underside, and one is pictured on a website dedicated to Shadow tech info. Cheers and thanks. |

Not quite all black! both cars SS1 SS2 that I have show the bonnet folded under seam being body colour, the rest under bonnet is black. They are still as left the factory. Catches are and hinge springs are silver. SS2

I better have a close look at mine. As my car is so dark, I've not really paid attention to that folded area. Thanks for bringing this to our attention Patrick. |
