Hi all, my beautiful girl (SS SRH18294) is in for a makeover (complete repaint). Originally the chap was going to take all the glass out but now he has reservations as he fears he may break the glass. I have been taking photos of the progress.

How difficult is it to remove windscreen and rear window?

I have removed dash for revarnishing but could not figure out how to remove rear seat vanity sections. (I would certainly appreciate advice even though they are in quite good condition)

Hi Nigel

The vanity mirror is attached by means of one clip (similar to the ones used on the door panels). Use a flat screw driver to carefully manouvre the clip out the body of the car.

I have got a picture which I can e-mail you to assist in the removal of the vanity mirror.
