Hi guys, I need to get new tyres for my S1 Bentley. It currently runs on Avon Turbospeed RR-B. I would like to try a radial hopefully for better handling/stability etc. I would be interested in feedback about what is good/available approx costs etc thanks. Craig D |

Hi Craig, When I had my Cloud 1 SFE 459 I ran on high profile Michelins and they lasted for years. They also ran quietly unlike a lot of other radials. Bridgestones are also excellent. In both cases go for high profiles otherwise the car looks out of place as it will be too low. Avoid Cooper lifeliners as they develop nasty lumps in the sidewalls after a relatively short time. Neither of these tyres are cheap on purchase but are far more economical in the long term as their lifespans are considerably longer than the old crossplys. Craig, what is your chassis number please?
