I found the ID plate on the Delco Distributor but to read the model number it needs to be removed, Can anyone help with the model number please. Thanks Ray Z Serial is 007130 that is the only readable part of the plate! |

Hello Ray, There seem to be at least three AC Delco distributors fitted to Silver Cloud 2's. Can you get a small mirror behind the distributor to read the model number? Kind regards, Chris |

Well the numbers on the distributor of B96EY are MODEL No 795 2500 FO Serial No 002654. The car is a 1960 build.. |

Maybe because the serial numbers quoted by Bill and Ray are the same format then maybe the dizzys are the same model.

Bill, Chris Thanks for your response, regarding the mirror, our plate is silver with the model # very lightly stamped, so very hard to read. Thanks both of you. Bill I will note the model on my build sheet. |
