I could troll through this thread for a day or two and pick up some wonderful tips and comment on them. But you are probably all dead and your cars were passed onto the rugrats.

Here is a starter. Rumour or fact.

The old man told me he put the spare wheel on the rear right and that is why my hub-cap rattles.

Said Old Man said that Royce hammered each hub-cap to fit the rim.

Fiction. You can make adjustments to the hubcap to make the fit different when the need arises.
