Hi guys, I have a slow synchro on third, and second gear synchro is sometimes missing altogether. Was recommended redline oil by the subaru rally guys, supposed to deglaze the synchro rings, as well as lower runing temp, etc. has anyone tried it? Dear as poison, but I am willing to give it a try. Cheers Marty |

I have used Redline MTL for many years in various British manual transmissions, both in customers' cars and my own with excellent results. It has friction modifiers that in most cases make weak synchros work much better. I am sure you will notice a positive difference if you try it. MTL is the one you want. |

Wow! Good stuff! Synchos working perfectly, very slick changes. Very impressed. Putting it in the freestone & web and also in the magnette. Marty |

Good to hear Marty. It is quite amazing what a difference a lubricant can make in the operation of a gearbox. Many just do not believe that changing out the oil will do anything. I am very glad you had positive results. Jim. |
