Hi, My Father and his friend Adrian Stevens (Qld RR club member) are restoring a Phantom 2. There is a small spring/coil that they are not sure about its a 50mm long coil, 32mm in diameter and the flat sided coils are 12mm. Sorry but I can't make the photo i have less than 1 Kb so no pic.

Any help would be great
