According to the manual there are variations (20 hp to Wraith)in the number of clutches used going from 1 to 7. Some people talk about fitting extras so as to eliminate any possible slippage. I've redone mine and it works but I find that the basket/cage and being able to fit the lid, is the limiting factor. I am working on the theory that the clutch disc thickness and the space available is what counts. I've heard of people increasing the torque by extra packing but given you can't add clutches I am wondering about this. Am I correct? Dorien |
