Can anyone help identify this tool? While trying to reorganize my shop it was found. Unfortunately I have had a recent stroke and cannot remember a lot of what I knew. Your help is appreciated.

Sorry about your stroke, eat less fat and more oatmeal, too much beef in the US diet.

It looks like a valve spring compressor.
