Black Angus for me -my partner's brother used to be Hereford then Devon and has now changed to Angus on the family property near Gloucester NSW. My partner had been advocating this change for a decade or two before her older brother "saw the light". He has now admitted this was his best and most profitable move as the Angus cattle get the best sale yard prices. IMHO, the best steaks come from grass-fed cattle - far more flavour than cattle raised in feedlots. The property has been in the family for 5 generations. | ||
