 Hi All
 Just got my August 2018 Praeclarum.
 Inside the back cover is an ad for the 2019 Detroit motor show.  As part of that ad there are several photos.  As per the attached image - what sort of cars are they - the white futuristic looking cars from the 60's?  They look magnificent.

 It's a 1956 GM Firebird II.  Gas-turbine powered and a titanium body. How could it not succeed?

 Totally amazing.
 It was the space race that made designers dream and produce things of such beauty.
 
 Now we have amazing cookie cutter cars, no imagination and no flair.

 Its from a time when my American friends took far too much speed and they started to produce cars that looked like rockets and or jet planes. It was an insane concept.
