The hosting provider decided (without any warning) to migrate the site from old to new hardware. When queried on this they were apologetic but unrepentant.
There's not a lot that can be done about it except wait for it to return. This will apparently take up to 72 hours.

Thanks for the update. I was concerned the library might have been withdrawn, which is not the case.
