Wentworth House is a grade 1 listed stately home in Yorkshire. A mate is upset that its about to be sold to a foreign buyer. A grade 1 listed stately home can't be taken out of the country the new owners are obliged by law to maintain it and not to alter it. The new owners are really custodians paying 8m quid for the privilege. Think of the utility bills. Bit like old cars. | ||

BTW there was a 1947 Wraith in the new Bond movie; thrilled me to see Her on-screen unexpectedly. We saw the Aston-Martin made for the Movie in London Oct. 31 at the Regent Street show. Ok but it did not have the presence of the Rolls-Royce. | ||
