Dear Sirs,Shadow SRH 14936 Is it possible to remove the rear accumulator without removing the front one first(the car is the type with the accumulators mounted together on the crankcase) I do have the manual which suggests both have to come off but I am sure that someone from the club advised that just loosening the bolts on the front one gave clearance to remove the rear one Thanks

Ten years since I touched my Accumulators (good ones can last for years -- but the O ring can fail sooner )

From memory the rear acc/valve assembley will NOT clear the subframe with the front ass. in place.

Give a try by loosen the bolts if not retighten and remove the pipe work.

The pipe from the pump is 3/4 AF
The flex stainless pipe is 7/16 AF
The return is 1/2 AF
The bolts are 7/16 AF
The pressure switches should be Lucar spades.
If the boots look tatty these are available from Lucas

Do not forget the small wiring clips for the pressure switches.
