Dormer window. I have worked bout w way of building 3 dormer windows without climbing on the roof' take tiles off from inside until i reach the chimney was I can take down the chimney house is 1930 and built using lime mortar one smack with bolster chisel and the chimney bricks separate, also flue liner makes a good exhaust extractor, fit small fan to one end. easy peasy 50 hours work. The get builders to do the tiles ect. materials including metal work for balconies £250 and 100 for builders plus builders tea (the best PG tips of course )and a beef wellington and apple pie and Birds custard not that poncy French creme anglais.
