Just found this on e bay, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1985-BENTLEY-TURBO-R-7-0-CRUISE-CONTROL-ECU-PART-NUMBER-X39-397-106-164-/290659716256 it appears to be a universal replacement ECU by VDO. If you read the label on the case it talks about reversing a diode, but looking at the wiring diagram I can't find any such diode in the system. Does anyone out there know anything about these units?
