Hi Guys, has anyone here experience with the removing and cleaning up the cruise control solenoids on an SSII ?

On SRH39187 I resealed the bellows with silicon (really well) and then discovered that the solenoids did nothing when power was applied.
Apparently the solenoids can seize up so I have applied some WD40 but this still did not free them up.
Next step is to remove the solenoids from the metal plate and clean them but I cannot see how to do this.
There is a single screw which just seems to be just for the earth so they may just be wedged in.

Solenoids

Any help appreciated.

cheers
Paul
