Elizabeth Taylor's 1960 Silver Cloud II will be auctioned in the coming weeks. Here's the link with an EXCELLENT video of the car! It's in immaculate condition. It does have some small lights that look like the turn signal on my 63 MB 190SL below the headlights. I do not have them on my 62 RHD Cloud. Anyone know about them?

ENJOY!!!

SOLD for $520,000. This was a disappointment as pre-auction predictions was $1-2 million!

Richard...the front winker lamps were a special feature on the earlier SC/BS series as factory indicators were incorporated in the fog lamps and served as dual function...hence a few ordered separate front indicator lamps such as on the continental models...

Reference to the SC DHC auction sale, the million(s) estimated was totally over the top, particularly considering it had at least one accident when in Rome and consequently underwent restorations…curbing the value from an original unmarred condition…

Super cool car but I never liked green cars. Maroon, Black, White, Silver and metallic purple that goes black at night only for me.

So glad I will never be famous or rich as the sale of my used beer can and bottle collection going for nutbag woodduck prices at an auction would have me turning in my grave
